We are a Novell Authorized Service Center (NASC). Ontrack provides technical information and support services to Novell clients in the city. Authorized services consist of all kinds of support to users of Novell products and systems - including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades and technical advice. This alliance will give an edge in providing new Networking Installations and Support to existing Novell clients. Onward Novell Software (I) Ltd in turn will gain from Ontrack's long experience in supporting the Novell Networking environment a Novell spokesperson said.
