Our application created for the banking sector provides for computerized and efficient management of processes of maintaining loan case / sanction details, maintaining membership / bonds / shareholder details, keeping block / purpose wise personal loan ledger, process loan requisition-cum disbursement certificates for apex body, generate loan repayment schedule etc.


Finance

Complimenting the services provided to the banking sector, Ontrack also addressed the areas of Credit and Risk through its risk analysis and credit rating applications. Calculation of debt-to-income ratios, debt-burden analysis and disposable income, Keeping track of changes made on loan, status of the loan, problems with the loan, generating analytical and performance monitoring reports etc was also attended to, by the application.


Telecommunication

Our project with the Telecom sector involved integration of our broad services and industry specific technology to enable them to realize their goals. The application created for the telecom sector, allowed for booking dockets, recording faults, diverting faulty systems, restoring faults, calculating the efficiency and generating different reports on the Systems.


Healthcare

Ontrack fully comprehends the forces working within the Healthcare industry, its market, its customers and their needs and tries to provide a better approach by using its expertise in this domain.

Our basic premise is to blend technology with healthcare to transform this sector, improve customer service, and reduce costs while broadening its parameters. Ontrack's role in this sector spanned conception and realization of the required application to construction and setting up of a suitable operating model, as envisioned by our clients in the healthcare industry.

The result of our endeavors was a personal health record for individuals and their families, corporations and their employees, governments and their citizens accessible anytime anywhere in the world on a fully secure and confidential basis. Instant access to an individual's up-to-date records in different languages meant faster, better medical treatment. Such an approach was seen to provide a positive inversion to the historical principals of health record keeping. It allowed for new, dynamic applications to be applied to improving the quality of healthcare delivery by making it more interactive and patient centric. For convenience of the end users, the record is also available in the format of a booklet.


HR & Payroll

Part of an HR Suite or Package, Payroll has been deemed as offering more than the normal Payroll packages available today. It defines components like: Pay, Loan, Fitments, Calculation, Leave Accounting, Reimbursement Tracking among other flexi components.


Trade & Indenting

In the sphere of indenting processes Ontrack has developed an application, which handles certain business needs of an organization, giving the application the freedom of hardware / software.

The system provides for easy input of indents and generates indent confirmation while notifying both the buyer and seller. It also tracks the profitability of every transaction. Most of the masters in the system are accessed from the SAP database through BAPI calls. The transactions and other masters are maintained in an SQL server.


Collaborative Tool

Touted as an ideal solution for a completely paperless office, this is primarily a document management system available on the browser. It is a web-based collection of tools aiding collaborative work. It eases out all documentation and security concerns, and gives all the users a single gateway to do everything related to collaboration and information sharing.


Document Management

In the field of document management Ontrack built a System whereby documents from different sources would be stored and retrieved as and when necessary. All relevant documents and metadata could be uploaded or downloaded from this system via the in built DCS FTP application. A web interface was provided to access these documents.


Communication

SMS has the potential to turn the field of electronic communication by its head. Realizing this, a client tool for sending and receiving sms messages by using sms gateways has been developed at Ontrack. This is a very convenient way of handling mass SMS for advertising. It can also be used as a feedback receiver & sorter for large-scale market research and polls. This application allows users to send and retrieve SMS messages from a computer. The application needs to be set-up in computers where it intends to be run from. The application permits users to create groups, handle multiple accounts, CC and BCC SMS messages.


Lifestyle and Fashion

Ontrack has catered to this segment of the industry by designing a portal to maintain detailed information of models for any Advertising Agency or Fashion related organizations. The site also contains news concerning the world of fashion and glamour. Interested models can register here and post their profiles. These profiles will be available for public viewing only after an evaluation by the site administrator through the admin panel which is the backbone of the website.


Transport

Our application readied for a foreign organization in this sector, tried to blend IT with the need to improve management and operations while ensuring safety. The need of the hour was to build on the available infrastructure in this sector, provide better customer service, reduce costs and bring about optimal efficiency in management of records pertaining to this sphere.

The System built in this case was used to track Vehicle Incident, Crash and Injury Records from the time of initial reporting, until all personnel designated to view, had checked or edited the entries.


Tea

Ontrack has also been instrumental in the sphere of tea. The application readied, was for an Indian organization, which traded in different kinds of tea. The organization purchased tea from brokers or directly from the gardens, collected the same from their warehouses, and stored them in their own godown, known as "Factory". This was exported to customers abroad, as the (a) Blended or (b) Original varieties, against which the company would get paid in foreign currency at the prevalent exchange rate.

The system created was termed "Tea Export and Blending System" and dealt with the entire process right from the time of procuring tea from various tea gardens, through to blending of various grades of tea, its shipping, delivery and export of tea to customers, either in its original form, as procured from the gardens, or in blended form.


Catalogue/Directory

It is a CD based project, which was intended to act as a Directory. It listed the names and details of all the member construction companies in the Contractors Association of UAE. Also listed were different categories of industry, addresses and telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses and web sites URLs. It was also equipped with features like Search, Contact via e-mail, rotating advertisements and details of Government departments.


Credit And Risk

Bottling

Ontrack's entry into the field of beverages was not limited to Tea only. In fact it also developed an application for a bottling plant (for a soft drink manufacturing multinational giant) in Bengal. This application comprised of: Excise Accounting System, Advertisement Asset Management system, Sales Analysis System, Consignment Tracking System and a Truck Load System.

Each of these systems has a number of sub sections, which have been explained below:

Excise Accounting System

Excise accounting
Inventory of empty container
Inventory of finished goods (filled containers) at two levels Duty-Paid and Fresh
Tracking of production
Tracking of trucks
Analytical reporting of loss/damages
Printing of excise invoice.
Printing of all statutory excise documents.
Providing data to sales accounting system.

This system manages and maintains excise accounts for finished goods delivered from the factory, inventories finished goods (duty paid or fresh) and empty containers. Excise Invoice Generation, statutory excise reports and MIS reports for loss/damages are the reports available in the system. The Excise Accounting System also provides data to the Sales Accounting System for calculation of Sales Incentives.

Advertisement Asset Management System

Management of all advertisement materials given to retails.
Tracking of service / replacement for serviceable advertise items (coolers)
Proper distribution of advertisement assets across different zones, areas and routes.
Analysis of advertisement assets based on user defines classes / properties.

This System manages and distributes advertisement material like Glow-signs, Visi-coolers, Ice Boxes, Hoardings etc among dealers and distributors. It also analyses advertisement assets based on different criteria like category, class and various other user defined properties like make, brand, capacity, size etc. and undertakes a comparative analysis of sales and investment on advertisement material for dealers/retailers.

Sales Analysis System

Recording of actual sales at dealer/retail level
Analytical reporting of sales including graphical analysis.
Analytical reporting of sales compared to advertisement investment by linking to Advertisement Asset Management system.

This covers sales analysis at the level of the dealer or retailer and generates MIS & Graphical analysis reports based on the category, zone, and location of the products. This system provides comparative analysis of sales and investments on advertisement material for dealers/retailers as per the data in the Advertisement Material Management System.

Consignment Tracking System

Salesman wise tracking of Containers provided free of cost for sales promotion.
Analytical consignment accounting.

Truck Load System

Tools to help truck loading to the optimum level dependent on the availability of different sizes of trucks, the previous day's sales, maximization of unsold, returned goods still lying in the truck to minimize forklift usage.

These systems help in planning and distribution of Filled Bottles to dealers / retailers along the defined routes and zones. They assist the user in devising truck-loading plans based on previous days' trends of sales for optimum usage of Transport and minimum handling of materials.
